China International Forest Travel Service (CIFTS) was established in 1994 with the approval from the former Ministry of Forestry and State Tourism Administration and was legally registered in State Administration for Industry and Commerce. At present, CIFT is a state-owned company under China Forestry Group, which is supervised by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

The main business scope ranges from the construction of scenic area of key national parks, the organization of both domestic and international tours, ecological tours, the sales of international and domestic air tickets, train tickets, boat tickets and long-distance bus tickets, the hotels and restaurants, the agricultural and forest products to all travel-related food products.

The total revue has increased from 1.12 million yuan (about US$180,000) to 2.6 billion yuan (about US$400 millions) since the establishment of the company. The number of employees has also increased from a dozen to two thousand at present. CIFTS is leading other 150 forest-related travel agencies nationwide in the sense of the capital volume and main economic index.

Located in Shexian county, a historic site, Piyun Shanzhuang Co. Ltd. has already run seven restaurants companies by winning honors of “Top Ten Anhui Cuisine restaurants” and “National 4 star restaurant”.
